As the Training Coordinator / Office Manager, I ensure that everything runs smoothly in the Centre for Agile Coaching office. My career background includes roles such as Data Administrator, Data Quality Analyst, Process Consultant and Business Analyst. In my role as Business Analyst I worked hand-in-hand with Agile teams, fulfilling a business representative role. This exposure provided me with a very good understanding of Agile thinking and principles, enabling me to apply it to my daily work, even now – yes, we practice what we teach! 🙂
I am the go-to person for all enquiries and bookings relating to the teaching we provide and the general day-to-day administration of the office. I aim to serve each of our clients with as much professionalism and enthusiasm as I am convinced my colleagues coach and mentor them with.
