Having been an IT project manager for many years, I have seen over and over again that it is never the process or the methodology a delivery team follows that determines its success. It is much more the team, their morale, their ability to collaborate and the support and acknowledgement from leadership that counts.

Since coming across the world of Agile at the beginning of 2014, I’ve been delighted and surprised to find that everything I believe in about getting the best out of people and teams, is encompassed in the Agile philosophy. I have since witnessed many turnarounds of teams who have successfully transitioned from Waterfall to Agile.

As a professional coach, facilitator and trainer my mission in life is to empower others and to help them excel in their chosen careers and life paths. My work with Centre for Agile Coaching allows me to do all of that through the training courses, coaching and consulting with various companies in their Agile journeys.

I certified as Agile coach in 2014 and co-lead the Coaching Agile Teams course with Antoinette. I regularly coach agile coaches in my individual coaching practice.

I also developed and lead courses around conflict management & diversity, coaching skills for managers, and leadership.
